Peter Sposito Studio claimed the top spot with ‘The RTW Couture’ collection. During MBFW Madrid (Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid), he won the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Talent award for the best-emerging collection. Thanks to the award, designer Peter Sposito will present his work at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Mexico City.

The RTW Couture

The RTW Couture collection represents the passage of life- from birth and growth to adaptation and passing. This perspective is reflected in the slogan “cause you’re the couture of your ready to wear.” Each garment celebrates the beauty of small details. Sposito aims to inspire individuals to embrace the best versions of themselves.

At the MBFW Madrid runway, the models displayed an exciting collection characterized by a chromatic palette mixing shades of grey and earthy tones with vibrant indigo blues and peacock-inspired hues.

Peter Sposito creatively reimagined traditional clothing categories such as capes, voluminous crinoline skirts, and nineteenth-century corsets within the runway presentation. The incredibly detailed designs were infused with a contemporary postmodern touch. Peter Sposito elevated his catwalk ensembles by collaborating with the renowned Spanish jewelry brand UNOde50. Taking charge of curating the perfect accessories, Sposito picked a selection of beautiful pieces in both gold and silver to complement each of his FW/24 runway looks. Among them were iconic pieces from the jewelry house’s rich history, alongside some of his own brand’s latest creations.

Sposito’s “The RTW Couture” collection draws inspiration from childhood memories. The traditional clothing evokes a strong sense of nostalgia. It explores both the ordinary and the unique, seamlessly interweaving the ordinary with the extraordinary. Furthermore, the designer incorporates elements from previous creations, showcasing memorable silhouettes and iconic features of their signature style.

The event marked a milestone for Peter Sposito Studio. The positive reception from the audience reinforced his determination to continue creating exceptional fashion for years to come.
