Hannibal Laguna’s latest collection, Petalscapes, was presented in Madrid’s Fashion Week. Floral petal landscapes, whimsical shapes, delicious scents, precious colors, and velvety textures inspire it. The collection has a captivating, sensual aesthetic that utilizes chiffons and vibrant textures adorned with embossed petals. In this floral vision, the intimate designs are intertwined in playful and poetic outfits.

The clothes are united in wide and sinuous shapes with suggestive asymmetrical openings. The shell mini dresses and the sculpted silhouettes have straight lines that accentuate shoulders and waist, made in fluffy silk crêpes that suggest a fluid beauty and uses lace, acetate, openwork fabrics and organza devoré to create gorgeous clothes.

A Palette of Desire

The color palette for this collection includes coral pink, which symbolizes desire, creativity, and vitality. In addition, the palette also incorporates earthy colors, soft greens, desert ochre, and sunny white gold. One can see the vision of embroidered gardens, cascades of leaves, and beds of laser-drawn petals outlined with fine silk cords.
