About Visa Fashion Week Almaty

From October 7 to 9, 2025, the epicenter of Central Asian style shifted back to Almaty, where the XII season of the International Fashion Week—Visa Fashion Week Almaty (VFWA)— unleashed its glamour. Returning to the familiar chic confines of The Ritz-Carlton Almaty, this is where the region’s most ambitious designers—and their outstanding international colleagues—came to claim their stake: 18 exclusive collections for the Spring–Summer 2026 season.

The spotlight of Central Asia’s most fashionable event presented 18 designers from Kazakhstan and six designers from Uzbekistan, Armenia, the UAE, and Mongolia, showcased their Spring–Summer collections. Regular participants of VFWA included Kazakh brands ZhSaken, Aigul Kassymova, Kirpi, and Tosi, while newcomers such as STUDIO 4353, Accel Erlanovna, 29, Titre Trois, and Kamalini.

Shows also featured guests from Uzbekistan – the brands Mursak and Azamat Somatov. For the first time in Kazakhstan, the brands Faina (Armenia), Dunesi (UAE), and Michael & Amazonka (Mongolia) joined the lineup. An important part of the event was also the finalists of the Next Designer Award empowered by Visa – a joint project of Visa and Visa Fashion Week: Ray Leeqs by Nurali Kankeldi, Tiregim-Özim, Zhalt Zhult, and Sabi.j.m.
